Red-breasted Sapsucker. Many other species of birds follow sapsuckers to take advantage of the sap. Some Hummingbirds nest there. During breeding season, insects are caught, dipped into the sap, and fed to the young. If you note around the 24 second mark you'll see a hummingbird sitting off to the side waiting for the sapsucker to move around the tree. At 43 second you can see the hummingbird come in to feed.
