"There's no problem with our Carolina Chickadees here in Virginia.  I see plenty of them every time I do a bird walk and there has been no noticeable decline in their numbers in our Christmas Bird Counts."

THOSE PRETTY LITTLE BIRDS

At the beginning of spring this year, I went out to fill my feeders, and waiting in one of our trees was a Black Capped Chick a dee. Such friendly little birds they are. It was so anxious to get to the food, it nearly landed on my head to finish waiting for the feeder to be hung back up. Problem is, that`s the only Chick a dee I`ve seen so far this year!!
