Today my husband and I were coming home from Guntersville, Alabama.
We searched today for any kind of birds we could find. We weren't very successful in finding many different varieties but wouldn't you know that as soon as I put my camera in my backpack and decided to call it quits that it wasn't 5 minutes later that we spotted an eagle. Hi, Rachel..
Long time no type.. It's me across the state from you over here in Pickens County (Talking Rock, Jasper area).. How is your birding going..?
Mine is *QUIET* this year.. Eerie, very eerie.. Don't know if the freak snow storm the North got a while back is playing a part by changing migratory patterns, or if it's something more local here.. Figured I'd pop in and ask you because over the past year, your reported sightings have very much mirrored mine in both species and timing..
Thanks..! :)
OWL pic. WOW it don,t get better then that..keep up the good work... {SWEET}
