"Could this be a Sharp-shinned? It would make a good discussion. A few things I notice are the course streaks, fine bill and tarsi. And light eyebrow maybe? (And that it's feathers have seen better days.)"

Yes Dwayne, Still want to be friends. That`s one of the great things about this site, people are so willing to help with identification of birds. Even if it is not a Goshawk it gives me incentive to try and photograph one. I believe they are in southern Ontario. I started a discussion and whatever the outcome is I`ll have to go with it, lol. I did see what you mean by the tail feathers.  Cheers Vern.

Thanks for the link Dwayne. Now I`m so confused. I have a real hard time Identifying hawks, especially immature ones. I think what I will do is start a discussion on this. I checked out the link and I saw both immature birds and I have a feeling you may be right, if so I`ll have to deduct Northern Goshawk from my list. Oh well Just have to keep looking.    Cheers Vern.
