Eastern Towhee. Older books call it Rufous-sided Towhee.

...and you do it well...and QUICKLY  :)

What a great photo!  Ours down here in FL have yellow eyes... one of my favorite birds, they are.  :)  But they are rather hard to photograph well, in my opinion; yours here has fabulous detail and colour!
