Could it be a juvenile starling? Do you have another picture?

That is the best picture I have. I was thinking that it was a Starling because a couple times there has been what appeared to me as a Starling with it, but neither one has a light colored beak. In every picture I've found the bill are definitely yellow, not dark like the ones at my feeders.

The juvenile starling has a dark beak, and it's the right size. Try googling "picture of juvenile starling". They do love the suet.
